A beautifully maintained facility. The rooms offer everything that makes your stay unforgettable. There are 2 pools on the complex, one with warm water and a jacuzzi and the other with a refreshing temperature. The on-site service is first class. I would come back at any time. Thank you for the wonderful time!

We went in May 2023. It was the best accommodation choice we could have made. The complex has everything you need and more. Not to mention the location, the landscape and THE VIEWS. From the moment you arrive they invite you to rest. We went as a family, with two children aged 8 and 1 year old. Ideal for families, but the truth is that the complex is so large that it can also provide a beautiful experience for friends and/or couples. Before arriving you receive super complete information via WhatsApp so that everything goes smoothly. Useful information for arrival, information on places to eat and/or supermarkets/stores nearby and tourist information. Flawless. The heated pool/jacuzzi is EVERYTHING that's good. After long days of walking, being able to end there with the starry sky is an ideal end to the day. It has games for children, balls to play on the soccer and volleyball fields. Wi-Fi ok The beautiful cabins. New, clean, with good thermal insulation. Good beds, bedding and towels ok. The location for us was what we were looking for. It is not close to the center but it is a few minutes by car. There are several wineries nearby. Also stores and/or supermarkets to buy everything you need to cook in the cabin. There is also a delivery option. All ten. The truth is that we would return without hesitation. If we have the opportunity to return to San Rafael I don't think about anywhere else to stay. Thanks for the good experience!

I stayed with my wife from 11/23/23 to 11/30/23 (7 nights). A wonderful place, the cabin is impeccable, with all the utensils and appliances, nothing is missing, the furniture is very good and in optimal condition, neat and well maintained, the rooms with good natural lighting, the park and the spectacular pools, the cabins separated from each other. from others, respecting privacy, the attention of first-class staff. I don't know when but we will return.

I have visited the complex several times with a group of friends and it is really beautiful and comfortable. Experience in winter with heated pool and in summer both 😁 The cabins are impeccable, the beds are comfortable, the sheets and pillows are very clean and the spaces are spacious. The service is very efficient and they are very cordial, you ask for something and they bring it to you within 5 minutes. The very equipped kitchen and complete linen They also give you information about what you want such as nearby stores, tourism, etc. Beautiful to go with friends or family Thank you very much Morita Mia

Everything is excellent!! New cabins with a nice view, a huge park to walk around, the pools are very large and clean, the location is close to the center of San Rafael, the impeccable service is attentive to every detail, I congratulate you!! You don't find cabins like that anymore.

Beautiful place to rest. The cabins are impeccable, super comfortable and equipped with everything you need. The jacuzzi and pool were excellent. The owners and staff are very loving and attentive. We recommend 100%, we will return!

We stayed at the complex for 3 days. The cabin is beautiful. Very comfortable. All new and very good quality equipment. We didn't lack anything. Excellent swimming pools. Gabriel welcomed us, very kindly. All the information that the owner gave us before arriving, such as location and places to buy, was very helpful to us.
